Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG)
As of May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will apply. The GDPR replaces the Personal Data Protection Act (Wbp). The introduction of the GDPR means that the same privacy legislation will apply throughout the European Union as of May 25, 2018.
The GDPR aims to ensure the protection of personal data and sets out how organisations should handle personal data.
What is personal data?
The term personal data covers all information about an identified or identifiable natural person. This information must be able to lead directly or indirectly (by means of deduction) to the identification of a natural person. The GDPR divides personal data into two groups:

FLOATCONTROL will never ask you for special personal data and therefore does not process any special personal data.
What is meant by processing personal data?
According to Article 4 paragraph 2 of the GDPR, the processing of personal data is: Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, etc. The concept of processing is very broad and covers all actions from collecting data to destroying data.
How does FLOATCONTROL collect personal data?
FLOATCONTROL never collects personal data without your permission.
FLOATCONTROL obtains your data by leaving information in forms, placing cookies or by contacting you directly.
FLOATCONTROL only records relevant data in accordance with the GDPR, including how this data was obtained and how you gave permission for FloatControl to record your data.
FLOATCONTROL will never provide your data to third parties unless you have given explicit permission to do so or unless the law stipulates that FLOATCONTROL is obliged to do so.
Cookies
The FLOATCONTROL website uses cookies. A cookie is a small file that is stored on your hard drive by a server and is only recognized by the server that stores the cookie.
There are three types of cookies:

Het plaatsen van een functionele cookie dient uitsluitend om de website optimaal te kunnen tonen aan u en u hoeft hiervoor geen toestemming te verlenen aan FloatControl . Voor de overige twee soorten cookies dient u wel toestemming te verlenen aan FLOATCONTROL Dit kunt u doen door de cookiemelding te accepteren. Doet u dit niet, dan zal FLOATCONTROL geen analytische en tracking cookies plaatsen.
Hoe gaat FLOATCONTROL om met uw persoonsgegevens?
Your data is recorded accurately and securely by FLOATCONTROL. This means that data is only accessible to persons who are authorized to do so and for whom it is necessary to view your data. Your data will not be used by FLOATCONTROL for purposes for which you have not given explicit permission and will not be provided to third parties without your explicit permission or without FLOATCONTROL being obliged to do so by law or enforcement thereof.
You have the right to inspect your personal data as recorded by FLOATCONTROL at any time. You can submit a request for this via info@floatcontrol.nl
For what purpose does FLOATCONTROL collect personal data?
FLOATCONTROL collects and stores information from relations in order to maintain the relations.
FLOATCONTROL collects and stores information from intended relations in order to be able to serve them in requests that can lead to entering into a relationship.
FLOATCONTROL therefore uses your data to be able to actively maintain the relationship and to be able to meet your requests. Furthermore, the data is used to be able to send you appropriate information.
Consent and objection
In accordance with the rules as laid down in the GDPR, FLOATCONTROL only stores relevant and permitted information, for the duration that is necessary and with your consent.
